  • Abstract
    In the impproved fuzzy integrating assessment, all assessment factors are divided into two categories,the quantitative factors and the qualitative factors. For the former detailed evaluation criteria can be easily draw up and its accuracy and uniformity can be maintained. For the latter fuzzy integrating assessment is introduced so that the qualitative factors can be evaluated with quantitative results. With the improved fuzzy integrating assessment effective combination of qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment is obtained and the evaluation is more scientific and reasonable.
