Abstract :
The complexity of the existing time parameter calculation methods limits its wide-spread use for the multi-dependency network. Aimed at the above shortcoming, this paper develops a new conception which is overlap time difference on the basis of the study on the relationship between two activities, and then the multi-dependency network is transformed into activity-on-network in broad sense. Forwardly, the paper also presents corresponding time parameter calculation steps and formulas which reduce calculation works greatly. Finally, the effectiveness of the new methods is tested and verified by an example.
