Abstract :
In order to establish the optimized model of administrative permit, the paper analysed the incidence relation of administrative permit with multi-business. The modeling method of multi-business incidence relation was proposed by using role network theory and relationship function matrix. An instance was showed to introduce the application of the method in multi-business administrative permit system. Then it gave the corresponding petri network model, describing not only the serial and parallel process relationship of the business objects but also key permit departments intuitively.
