Abstract :
Multiple Sequences Alignment (MSA) Bioinformatics plays quite an important role in the fields of biological model of correlation sequences. The Human Genome Project and haplotype Project make the MSA become the research hot spot in the world again. The MSA is one of the most important and the most challenge work in bioinformatics. The sequence is basic mathematical model in Bioinformatics. is a structure of nucleic acid molecule and protein molecule. The sequence of operations helps to study biological macromolecules. The MSA is one of the most important problems in the Computational Molecular Biology and is also one of the difficult problems at present.
