Abstract :
Since supply chain management usually breaks the boundary of a single enterprise to take the advantages of integration and time efficiency, modern productions systems are featured with multi-location, automation and openness. Traditional production planning methodologies need to be updated to support supply chain, a relatively new pattern of organization. Based on analysis on systematic features of supply chain enterprises, the paper establishes a tri-level coordination mechanism, which is further illustrated through a functionally decomposed module.
