Abstract :
Mathematical model of electromagnetic tomography based on Maxwell equations is established. Finite element method is adopted to solve forward problem. In the process of inverse problem, improved genetic algorithm is used to realize image reconstruction and simulated with MATLAB. The simulation results show that it is effective and feasible to adopt finite element method and improved genetic algorithm in electromagnetic tomography.
