Abstract :
The development policies of low-carbon energy which has become the focus of world´s energy development, further, which formulated consistent with practical and strategic is one of the most important thing for development of low-carbon energy. On the basis of analysis of the status and characteristics of the development of China´s low-carbon energy industry and system dynamics simulation of a developed country´s low-carbon energy development policies, this paper attempts to provide three policies selections in the development of low-carbon energy for the government, which are to strengthen macro-control of energy consumption market, to promote technology innovation to improve the rate of production and utilization of low-carbon energy, to increase public financial support for low-carbon energy industry.
