Abstract
The funds and scales of small and medium-sized enterprise are all smaller, for lowering operation cost, The SME in general is very concerned about their supplies of raw materials. And in the market, the price is volatile. To ensure that in such cases SME can make the best purchasing decision-making, this paper presents the use of dynamic programming ideas to solve this problem, Constructs of the procurement decision-making model.
