Abstract :
Object based storage system takes obvious advantages in large-scale especially in PB-level scale storage system, and its data organization and management is particularly important. This paper has studied the object based storage system structure and analyzed the unbalanced load of the ¡®hot spot´ in the large-scale concurrent data request. It provides an optimization method in structure view, and based on which a new policy named Bi-Level Hybrid Metadata Management policy (BLHM) is put forward. This policy effectively solves the data movement problem in the MDS, and significantly improves the systematic service efficiency and performance.
