Game Analysis on Collaborative Protection of Commercial Secrets among Supply Chain Enterprises

With the development of the economic, the collaborative protection of the commercial secrets in the supply chain enterprises is increasingly important. In this paper, we analyze the necessity of the collaborative protection of the commercial secrets. The game modal is employed to analyze the actions and the benefit-based relationships between the core corporation and the supplier. Results indicated that the distribution of the net surplus between the core corporation and the supplier determines their payoffs and actions.
