Abstract :
An antenna for local point to multipoint distribution service (LMDS) omnidirectional in the azimuth plane and shaped in the vertical plane has been designed. For our application the vertical plane must have a cosecant squared pattern from 90° to 150° (zenith at 0°) and operate in vertical polarisation. The operating frequency band is from 27.5 to 29.5 GHz
