Abstract :
This work presents new practical demand forecasting method, adaptable to software implementation. By this method, future demand value is calculated through historical values and actual trend of real demand. Validity of suggested method is tested through simulation. Simulation results confirm correctness and advantage related to ordinary exponential forecasting method for demand samples with monotony segments.
