Abstract
The "price to income ratio", which is the most popular house price evaluation method, lacks of enough theoretical support from psychology and sociology. The article attempts to improve it with relative deprivation theory (RD) by measuring the "deprivation of house price for household". The article improves the ordinary measurement method o the degree (level) of RD with membership function. In the end, the article evaluates house price in twelve typical countrie (cities) by average degree of RD and cumulative distribution of degree of RD.
