Abstract :
Main topic of this paper is inventory control (further in text IC) problem in transitional markets with unknown demand. Experiences from these markets were compared to the experiences from developed markets of USA and EU. Analyzing applied solutions of IC in developed markets, adequate approach on IC was suggested in transitional markets. Concrete model of IC with unknown demand was introduced, appropriate for software implementation.
