A Comparative Study on Supplier Management Models of Manufacturing Enterprises

Supplier management models of manufacturing enterprises were systematically studied in the paper. From the beginning of current situation and problem analysis of supplier management, the paper pointed several current major supplier management models, with higher efficiency than the traditional one. In the end, comparative analysis was made so as to guide manufacturing enterprise to choose suitable supplier management model, which can solve current problems of SCM and enhance supplier management ability.
