  • Abstract
Quality of Services optimal models often based on the utility function maximization. However the services in Delay and Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN) have different characters on delay and disruption. So a novel utility function was made to analyze resource pre-fetching and post-fetching in DTN and to prove the relational Pareto improvement and substitutability. Then users´ competitions were analyzed under accounting policies by utility function and game matrixes, which show accounting by traffic improves more network efficiency than by monthly unlimited. And a pricing formula was draw. Finally some data from Internet bar is proposed as a sample. The utility function analysis on game theory make a role in network services behaviors, and it can conduct a distributed network traffic regulation to ensure quality of service in DTN.
