ABM Based on the SCOR Model

Nowadays, the competition among enterprises has transformed into the competition within supply chains under the circumstance of rapidly developing E-commerce age, the reduction of logistics cost has already become the core element of the enterprises competition. This paper aims to establish SCOR-based enterprises ABM model, which includes logistics cost calculation, performance evaluating determination and process improvement and so on. By the study of ABM model and the analysis of the activities costing, we can improve the process and then enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.
