A Research on Construction and Application of Management Entropy Model in the Process of Business Growth

In the process of business growth, it will experience several stages. Growth stage is the key one period, in which enterprise changes from weak to strong and rises quickly whose influencing factors are changing rapidly. Combining the characters of business growth stage and entropy theory, the authors analyzes management entropy of size, complexity, stability of enterprise. Then, a kind of model of measuring and calculating business management entropy around business size, enterprise capacity and developing speed has been established. The model will supply theoretical direction for decision making activities of business growth stage.
