Abstract :
1.3 /spl mu/m single mode InGaAsP-InP MQW lasers with record output powers are reported. 390 mW has been obtained from Fabry Perot lasers and 315 mW from DFB lasers. Over 150 mW was coupled into a single mode fiber.
