Abstract :
A teaching development board system based on MCS-51 single chip processor is introduced in this paper. The software and hardware exploitation process is described in detail. The focus of the study is designing the peripheral hardware circuits and corresponding software program based on the internal structure of MCS-51. The system has complete functions and it mainly includes I/O subsystem, data collecting subsystem, digital temperature controller subsystem, communications and transmissions subsystem, etc. This system is not only suitable for beginners and advanced programmer, but also for college students who are studying the correlative courses of Principles and Applications of Single Chip Processor. Furthermore, it provides a good platform for the teaching of single-chip course in universities.
