Abstract :
The safety hazard caused by paraffin precipitation to normal oil and gas production cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the paraffin precipitation, deposition mechanism, and variation discipline of phase state, prediction technology and discipline on paraffin precipitation of wellbore so as to provide the scientific basis for design on paraffin elimination and prevention on site as well as the construction and reasonable mining of condensate gas reservoir. The comparison between onsite application, predicted and actual paraffin removal period shows that the accuracy rate for model prediction of low water yielding or water-excluding well is higher.
