A Study of the Re-employment Training Model of America and Its Enlightenment

This article analyzes the re-employment training model of China and the re-employment training model of America, and discusses the operating effect of the two models in the practice, with the aim to probe that how to integrate the overseas advanced theory and model of employment promotion with the employment promotion of China. Furthermore, it puts forward the specific countermeasures to bring forth new ideas in the re-employment training services of China, and in order to provide theory guidance for the government in the field of promotion of employment and re-employment.
