Abstract :
The research presented in this paper addresses the challenges that the service industry in Dubai is currently facing. It has identified that the most encountered electronic business challenges by the service industry in Dubai include: dasiaacquiring loyal customers,psila dasiaensuring customer satisfaction,psila dasiamanaging changes,psila dasiawebsite user lack of EB knowledge,psila dasiainternational recognition, and, dasiaacquiring loyal customers. The research has also established that the challenges faced by the companies in the service industry are very similar to those identified by their counterparts in other industries.
