Abstract :
Because of all kinds of influencing factors, oil pipeline accident occurs frequently. It is important to find the best rush repair scheme, which is influenced by many qualitative and quantitative factors. Using the fuzzy evaluation method one can transform the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation, so the analysis can be more comprehensive and accurate. The factor aggregate includes reliability, reaction time, accident loss, cost and social influence, of which each consists of a few factors. This paper gave an application example of the fuzzy evaluation for leakage accident with oil pipeline. According to experts´ discussion, three feasible rush repair scheme were determined firstly, then the optimal rush repair scheme was determined, which according with on-the-spot reality.
