  • Abstract
    The calculation of output spectrum the MESFET amplifier at affect of single-wavelength and double-frequency tests-signals is adduced. Calculation is realized with usage of 7-th order MESFET model. Values of amplitudes the discrete components are defined with the count and without the count of self-heating effect.
