Abstract :
By contrast, the internal corrosion of wet gas mines gathering pipeline is much severe than general gas gathering pipeline, internal corrosion of gas gathering pipeline will impact the safety of equipment and the reliability of pipeline. How to make a reasonable prediction to the corrosion in the pipes and how to make an accurate judgment to those corrosion sensitive areas are urgent needs for gas safety production. By using the PIPEPHASE software for multiphase flow simulation of wet gas gathering pipeline, on the basis of the calculation results in the simulation and pipe elevation profile, considering the influence of pipeline elevation difference, pipeline obliquity, the liquid rate, pressure, Reynolds number in the wet natural gas pipeline corrosion rate, and adopting the artificial neural network method which has been analyzed and optimized by Niche genetic to built the wet natural gas gathering pipeline internal corrosion prediction model. Using this model to predict the internal corrosion of the wet gas gathering pipeline, and analyzing the results by comparing with the pipeline excavation detection result, the study suggests that the effect of the internal corrosion prediction model is better, and on certain conditions, the model can predict the gathering pipeline internal corrosion rate. In the absence of adequate historical operation and detection data, this model can be used as one of the reference methods to excavation for detecting the gas gathering pipeline internal corrosion.
