Abstract :
A reliable H∞ norm-bounding decentralized controller design is presented for digital systems with sensors and actuators operating at multiple sampling and zero-order-hold rates. The design guarantees stability and a prespecified H∞ norm bound for the closed-loop system for all combinations of outages from a preselected set of sensors
