Abstract :
A genetic algorithm of poly-condensation solution space is proposed for resources-balance optimization in civil engineering construction with arrow network techniques. Based on the method, a software is developed. Through a practical network planning, the method is demonstrated reasonable and effective, and the software is showed more powerful and more accurate than MS-Project.
