Abstract :
The optimization model for decision support during the structural reforms (including the development of energy-saving programs) in post-communist economies is considered. Decreasing of the production cost and creating the possibilities for noninflational wage growth are the main goals, which can be achieved by way of implementation of new technologies. Our model supports searching for the best technological set. The input matrix and the share of labour cost changes are the model variables. The efficient subgradient method has been proposed for its solution. This method is realized at the multiprocessor computer (cluster). An example will illustrate the results from a practical point of view.
