Abstract
Simulations and experimental results on thermal crosstalk of integrated ridge waveguide DFB multiwavelength laser transmitter sources are presented. The thermal resistance of the laser to heat sink transition is a crucial parameter. Thermal crosstalk can be eliminated by a simple on-chip temperature control.
