  • Abstract
    A sound cognition to risk is beneficial to the disposal efficiency of subsequent phases of risk management, which includes risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. This study presents a general cognition to the multi-characters of software risks. The multi-characters of software risks include multi-stages, multi-roles, multi-situations, uncertainty, multi-methods, multi-dimensions, multi-attributes and multi-objects. The cognition is helpful for a sound management of software risks.
