Abstract
Summary form only given as follows. This paper reports on the evaluation of a new executive program in the management of technology (EMoT) after its third year. The paper reviews the background of the program, the pedagogical foundations, and the purpose and scope of the program. The evaluation was conducted using a self-administered mail survey to the former participants and to their corporate sponsors. The respondents´ indicated high satisfaction with the program´s content and focus. As an indicator of the program´s impact, all of the graduates in the program had been assigned greater responsibilities since their participation in the program. Participants and corporate sponsors were almost unanimous (only one expressing some ambivalence) in believing that EMoT program participation was instrumental in the graduates´ increased responsibilities and contribution to the organization
