Abstract :
In order to realize very high throughput wireless communication systems, which demand multi Gbps capacities/bitrates and also provide low latency transmission, IEEE802.15.3c and IEEE802.11ad were standardized at 60 GHz band. To evaluate and select the proposed physical layer modulation and coding schemes in the standardization process, channel models for each specified usage model were developed. In this paper, our proposed channel models for TG3c and TGad are explained, and also recent studies are described.
