            Abstract : 
This paper proposed a new robust method of image watermarking in Complex Wavelet Transform. Through modulating a Logistic chaotic sequence, extract a sub-image from the host image. In Complex Wavelet domain, combine the singular values of the watermark and the singular values of the selected sub-band of the sub-image. As the new method uses the properties of frequency domain and SVD simultaneously, it has better quality in comparison with the pure SVD-based as well as pure CWT-based methods. Experimental results and analysis show that the proposed method has good transparency, as well as better robustness against the most of common attacks.
