Abstract
Nowadays, data security and business continuity of information system become the hot spot of research. According to the fact of disaster occurrence frequently of information system, based on the thinking of high-availability, from the view of hierarchy, a network disaster-tolerant system is designed. The system is divided into three levels, which are Client Network Level, Server Level and SAN Level. Combined with Chen-FD algorithm and a new heartbeat failure detection algorithm, applied with IP service migration fail-over algorithm, this paper designs a local high availability server system and a remote disaster-tolerant server system in Server Level. In SAN Level, SAN mechanism is studied and improved, and Address Translation module is added in SAN server. A new data replication algorithm CB_DR is put forward and described in detail. Finally, a simulated system is realized and proves the high availability and satisfaction of user´s requirement. This paper does some preliminary study of disaster-tolerant framework designing, and beneficial research of heartbeat detection and service migration and data replication, and makes a foundation of next work.
