Abstract
It´s paper about the method of ultrashort or short UHF impulses generation. This impulses may having following parameters: main frequency near 10 GHz; long of impulse - 300 ps - 3 ns; impulse period / long impulse Q = 2... 10; pulses power - 50-150 kW.
