Abstract :
The variational methods for the analysis and synthesis of the acoustoelectronic devices are suggested. The analysis methods permits to simplify sufficiently the boundary condition for arbitrary configuration and to construct bilinear functionals, in which stationary value can be easily made equal to any required parameter of the initial problem. The synthesis methods are constructed on the basis of quadratic functionals, which include bilinear functionals of devices parameters analysis.
