This text mainly according to horizontal and vertical two facet´s comparison researches moral risk in supply chain, at the same time enlarge the moral risk range. This text sets the moral risk existed between the supply chain´s upstream and downstream firms (suppliers and producers) as vertical moral risk; and set the moral risk existed the supply chain´s peer firms(such as between raw material suppliers and raw material suppliers) as horizontal moral.
