Abstract
Saving energy and reducing consumption has been the main target of steel production. There are many influence factors in steel production process that affect the energy consumption, and the interactive mechanism between the numerous factors is complicated, so it´s more difficult to estimate all factors reasonably from the perspective of the whole. This paper adopts fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method, and constructs a factors comprehensive evaluation model utilizing relationship between the fuzzy consistent matrix and weights, and then simulates the result by MATLAB. The result shows that this method makes the decision-making more scientific and rational, and lays a foundation for the research work on analysis of the logistics of energy consumption influence.
