Abstract :
Multi-wavelength picosecond pulses are demonstrated using a single monolithically integrated multi-wavelength grating cavity (MGC) InGaAs-InGaAsP-InP laser. This is achieved on two WDM wavelength channels at a repetition rate of 7.63 GHz.
