  • Abstract
    E-money is a combing product of modern electron technology and money development. It is also the necessary tool as well as way to E-business activities. The existence of E-money is made the function of money to be raised to transmit wares exchanges, the exchanging time and distance are shortened, the circulative speeds of goods are faster and the living qualities of people are better. There are two main styles of bank credit card and network exchange to use of E-money. E-money is in a rapid developing period in China. E-money has been substituting cash in some areas and becoming important tool as well as way. The chances and challenges are existent. They are the facing development duties of Chinese E-money to normalize the use of E-money, raise the technique level and security coefficient, strengthen the functional constructions of m-small cities and countries, expand the using space and provide powerful support of law. It is the developing tendency that P-money replaced by E-money as whole, network money is rapidly developed. finger veins money and international E-money are applied.
