E-business Platform for Small and Medium Enterprises Based on SaaS - Analysis of Information Service Platform for Shunde Manufacture

In this paper we analyzed the information need of small and medium enterprises in China, and proposed an e-business platform based on SaaS. Based on the given situation in Shunde manufacture, we suggested a information service platform. The platform consists of three modules, namely enterprise information management, supply chain management and supporting service management. Through the platform, the small and medium enterprises use management system like OA, ERP and CRM easily and quickly. Meanwhile, the management will extend from inside to outside and the whole supply chain can realize information sharing and collaborative working. When the service and supervisory organizations like government, bank, CA, logistics join in, the platform will become a dynamic e-business ecosystem, which will boost the new regional commercial civilization.
