Abstract :
IEEE Standard 576-2000 is a revision to the original standard issued in 1989 for the Petroleum and Chemical Industry. The major changes include new clause on Cable Tray and Aerial Cable installations and expanded the information on splicing and terminations. This paper reviews the revised standard.
