Bayesian Shrinkage Estimation in Exponential Distribution Based on Record Values
Abstract :
The Bayes estimator and Bayesian shrinkage estimatior of the parameter of exponential distribution are obtained based on record values. The loss functions used are squared error loss and LINEX loss function. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application for our result.
