At present, employment of college students has become the focus of Chinese government, society and universities, difficult employment for college students continuously highlight the problem of general weaker employment ability. Explore the elements of employability of college students is the key to solve the difficult employment and enhance the employability. From the perspective of employing unit, we designed a questionnaire and made a survey on more than 500 enterprises 994 objects, then analyzed the data by using SPSS17.0. Finally, six elements of employment ability of college students and five factors that employing unit value most were summed up, and based on research results, we put forward effective relevant countermeasures to enhance the college students´ employability.
