  • Abstract
    Organization commitment is an invisible contract between organization and employee. How to use this to inspire and keep employees in organization is vital to managers. This paper use three level organization commitment model and turning over model based on a sample from a certain IT company in Wuhan to discuss the relationship between organization commitment and intention of employees turning over. Through statistical methods, this paper found that employees at the overall organization commitment level shows lower emotional commitment, and organization commitment was an important predictors of turning over intention, which helps HR manager make more incentives policy to motivate their employees.
