Abstract :
This paper made use of questionnaire to collect the data and SPSS software to analyze the relationship between pay satisfaction and job performance for employees. Correlation analysis showed that only pay-structure satisfaction had a significantly positive relationship with job performance, while other sub-dimensions of pay satisfaction had no significant relationship with it. Regression analysis further validated the conclusions of correlation analysis. Furthermore, it showed that pay-structure satisfaction and task performance had a mutual causal relationship, and pay-structure satisfaction was the independent variable in the linear equation of contextual performance.
