Abstract
The use of teams of many types as an organizational strategy has dramatically increased and frequently these teams include engineers and other technical professionals. The increasing use of teams furthers the need for increasing collective understanding about team effectiveness. This paper presents a methodology for team-level research and results from a study to identify those team characteristics most related to effectiveness
