Electric heating-the renaissance

This paper described an electric space heating system which gives the consumer complete control, in fact better control than a gas system, at comparable running costs with a completely maintenance-free system. No annual gas or oil boiler servicing costs, no wet patches on the carpet and no rumbling of air through the system at 6 o´clock in the morning when your boiler switches on.
