Research on Data Exchange Platform of Provincial Credit System: A Perspective of Data Processing Process

A large amount of information is on the hand of government, but most of which is not shared or poorly shared. Data exchange platform is used to support collaborative work among government, which is achieved by sharing data stored in different agencies. The background and necessity of developing data exchange platform is analyzed in this paper. A framework of data exchange platform is proposed from the perspective of data processing process. The framework could effectively promote information sharing and opening among government agencies, enterprises, and citizens.
